Xinhai EPC project -- Jinxin Molybdenum in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia

Jinxin Molybdenum, located in Water and Soil Town, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, is a united enterprise to process 1000 tons mine per day. This company is an EPC project completed by Xinhai in Inner Mongolia, from June in 2005 to May in 2006.
After the contract between is signed, the first thing to do by Xinhai team consisting of constructing electricity and mining is to detect the mine and around terrain carefully, especially to the condition of electricity and water. Because Inner Mongolia has a large area and few people and is lacking water, Xinhai pay more attention to the water and electricity, which provides detailed information for Mining Design.  
As the technical team is detecting, Xinhai Mineral Processing and Research Institute are doing the beneficiation test and studies that this mine is the largest molybdenum in China, and makes a further study to the mine quality, which shows the following report. 
Combining the above test, Xinhai Mineral Processing and Research Institute makes out suitable and high recovery design through expert and detailed test that Two pieces of a closed circuit in the crushing, Two pieces of a closed hydrocyclone in classifying, One pieces of a closed circuit in grinding raw ore again, Phase grinding to phase processing in flotation, sweeping twice in the first flotation, concentrating one time and sweeping twice in raw concentrate ore, concentrating six times after grinding the raw concentrate ore again, getting grade 51.68% qualified molybdenum after pressing and the recovery rate of molybdenum is 96.40%. The design of mining is the way of Auditing chute and the lower shaft and the method of No bottom pillar sub-level caving.     
The difficulty in all the processing mine design depends on the choice to the flotation reagent. Firstly the raw ore in the Jinxin molybdenum includes diopside, sericite silicate gangue and etc, which makes the slurry is easy to slimy. While the fine slim can influence the effect of the reagent by adsorbing the reagent and increasing the slurry stickiness and the fine slim attaching the molybdenum surface, Xinhai adds Sodium silicate to overcome the situation. Having added  Sodium silicate, the slurry stickiness is down and the result is the pollution of the molybdenum surface is few, finally, the Molybdenum is exposed from the gap of the fine slim and the flotation is advanced and the quality of the production is increased.
During the process of choosing equipment, Xinhai chooses the top import machine, thus can make smaller particle size and accomplish crushing is the main process and grinding is the secondary, in order to reduce the cost.
After Jinxin Molybdenum begins to produce, the design flow is well-off, and the machine can work smooth, which can guarantee the good benefits and get the high praise.
