Xinhai Sudan 300 TPD gold plant has been completed equipment installation process, let us look at its Project Site.
The raw ore is gold tailings with small particle size, so Xinhai used one stage closed-circuit grinding and classification process. Belt conveyor transported the ore to the ball mill, the discharge of ball mill was sent to hydro cyclone unit for classification with slurry pump, settled sand of hydro cyclone unit returned to ball mill for re-grinding through automatic flow, the overflow entered into the next process through automatic flow.
Cyanide leaching adopted 7 double impeller efficient agitation leaching tanks, one of them is a pre-leaching tank, six tanks were leaching tanks, activated carbon adsorbed gold, after full adsorption, gold loaded carbon was separated from the pulp and then sent to the desorption electrolysis system.
We offer whole mines/ores processing plant and machines for the separation/beneficiation of Raw Ores, to enrich and improve the grade of Minerals/Ores, including crushing, screening, grinding, classifying to dewatering.

Heap leaching (HL)  is a flexible and economic mineral processing method, commonly used to extract gold from low-grade gold ores. In this process, ore is firstly crushed to fine particles. By spraying leaching solution to the large piles, the gold-containing solution is leached.
