silver ore flotation  Silver flotation process of Xinhai includes three kinds of methods: flotation, flotation &gravity separation, flotation &cyaniding, while the flotation & cyaniding method is the most important process among the whole, silver concentrate can be get in the process of flotation, then regrinding to the next process including cyaniding and leaching, countercurrent washing, zinc powder replacement and silver ingot can be finally get after the last process of electrolytic dissociation. Thus the process characterized by high recovery and economic benefits.

BF series flotation cell Features of Xinhai  BF series flotation cell : ① as the impeller is made by the closure and doubled truncated cone, it can form strong pulp recycle and good for middle ore return. ② lager inflatable amount and less consumption. ③ as the tank has the air-intake, pulp-intake and flotation function, it can become a loop, and horizontal device, and there is no need for the assistant device. ④ reasonable pulp flow reduces the coarse particles sediment. The Working Principle of Hydrocyclone - Xinhai

The working principle of hydro-cyclone is as follows. Under the pressure of 0.5-2.5 kg / cm2 in the inlet, the pulp was feed into the cyclone cylinder along the tangent direction of the feed tube. A great deal of centrifugal force was produced because of the rotations of the inside part of hydro-cyclone. Under the action of centrifugal force, the coarser one was thrown to the wall, along with the spiral descent flow, and was discharged from the discharge mouth. The fine pump forms an upward spiral flow in the center of the vertebral body along with water and discharges through the overflow tube. click here for price~ http://service.xinhaimining.com:88/LR/Chatpre.aspx?id=PBP99388146&lng=en&p=zhuzhan%2fJinyr More information:  http://www.xinhaimining.com If you need it, welcome contact me by E-mail: yrjin@xinhaimining.net Whatsapp:+8613511095621 web:  http://www.xinhaimining.com?yrjin
